Legalization of Documents
- Documents issued in Canada and its certified translations into Spanish to be legalized by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Bolivia in Ottawa must be previously authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada (DFATD*)
- Legalization fees depend on the type of documents. Contact email@example.com to establish the fee on beforehand. The payment must be made through a Money Order or Certified Cheque in USD dollars payable to Embassy of Bolivia. (If the legalization is processed through the Bolivian Consulate in Montreal the payment must be payable to Consulat de Bolivie )
- If applicable, send along with your documents a pre-paid self-addressed envelope to return your documents.
- Processing time at our offices is normally 1 or 2 working days from the date we receive your documents.
